Scope of this Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy covers My CFL Card’s treatment of personally identifiable information collected from business owners or card holders (hereafter, “Card Holder” or “you”) who use the My CFL Card online card registration or payment gateways. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that My CFL Card d does not own or control, or to people that My CFL Card does not employ or manage. Information Collection and Use My CFL Card collects personally identifiable information when you (either) register for a My CFL Card account as a business, or when you register or request to receive a My CFL Card. When you register your My CFL Card, we ask for your contact information (such as your name, street address and email address, gender, age, phone, etc), as well as certain other confidential information sometimes pertaining to you personally for market specific needs. This information helps us better direct your offers, and helps us to better serve the needs of card holders. In the course of processing a payment transaction from an enrolled business, we typically receive from the merchant or a financial institution information related to the transaction. This normally includes information about the payment that the business or consumer has furnished the merchant or financial institution in placing the order. We do not acquire any information directly from consumers through the www.mycflcard.com web site. The personally identifiable information we acquire in processing payment transactions varies according to the nature of the transaction and the way in which card holder's or financial institutions are using our payment services. It may include, for example, the amount of the transaction, the consumer’s name, credit card number and expiration date, checking account number, billing address, and shipping address. My CFL Card uses the information collected to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, to process payment transactions, to facilitate billing, and otherwise deliver the payment gateway services. We may also send card holders service announcements, newsletters, and periodic notices about specials, new products and services and products and services offered by My CFL Card business partners. Personally identifiable consumer information is used to process payment transactions and for no other purpose. My CFL Card does not offer services or sell products to children. My CFL Card does not request or knowingly collect personally identifiable contact information from anyone under the age of 13. Information Sharing and Disclosure Protecting personally identifiable information about card holders and consumers is an important part of our business. We will NEVER sell, lease, or cause your information to be shared without your consent to any other business. Information Security Information security is critical to the success of our business. We work diligently to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We store information gathered on secure computers located in a locked data center. The number of employees involved in the management of the data center that have physical access to these computers is limited. We use firewalls and other security technology to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons. Account Information and Preferences My CFL Card gives you the ability to edit your Local Card Account Information and preferences at any time, including whether you want My CFL Card to contact you about specials and new products, by using the various options in your Card Holder Console accesses by using your login ID: Your Email and your password, or by emailing us at support@mycflcard.com Changes to this Privacy Policy My CFL Card reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. If there are material changes to this statement or in how My CFL Card will use personally identifiable information, My CFL Card will post notice on the My CFL Card homepage at www.mycflcard.com prior to implementing the change. The amended Terms shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted. Your continued use of the site or My CFL Card services after the posting of the amended Terms on the Site constitutes your affirmative: (a) acknowledgement of the terms and its modifications; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the terms, as amended.
