For years, marketing companies have implemented closed-loop flash card systems for groups of merchants where the consumer shows the merchant their card and the merchant gives the consumer his discount.

But these systems usually fall short of expectations because THERE IS NO TRACKING MECHANISM. Without tracking, there is no feedback and no way to do effective, ongoing marketing for the participating merchant. Until now, that is. With our new GiftTran™MS Marketing Services System, merchants have the ability to track who did what, where and when.

MYCFLCARD will use this consumer data to provide the merchant with the most effective, ongoing marketing any merchant has ever seen! We do this by distributing magstripe or bar-coded plastic cards to thousands on consumers in your area. These cards are able to act as “universal” loyalty cards, electronic coupon cards, promotional cards, gift cards, or all of the above.

MYCFLCARD then installs a small, thin client-based software onto the merchant’s existing computer, which when a card is swiped or scanned, tracks the usage of the consumer’s card. The average transaction takes only 3-4 seconds. You can imagine the possibilities!

On the consumer side, each customer is assigned a 16 digit, secure identification number, and assigned a magstripe card upon which the ID is imprinted. His or her name, email address (and any other information he or she cares to give out, such as phone number) is captured in the database.  THIS IS INFORMATION IS NOT SHARED OR SOLD.

We can drive traffic to you by remotely putting your coupon offers and other promotions onto thousands of consumer cards. We can also notify every cardholder by email.

Consumers can check our website for the merchant’s daily / weekly / monthly specials and activities.

By tracking consumer buying habits, merchants are able to tailor a promotion to a selected demographic (e.g., those customers who haven’t visited your business in the last 90 days).
